Distribution: Western North America. Also reported from Hawaii USA, New York USA and northern Mexico. Introduced to Europe (Great Britain). The record of one female on citrus in Foochow, China (Steinweden & Moulton, 1930) is considered unreliable in Mound et al.<\/em> (2011). Intercepted by plant quarantine in Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

Adults and larvae are found on leaves of different Fabaceae and can cause damage to cultural plants like beans (\u00bbCalifornian bean thrips<\/em>\u00ab).[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1485688878698{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text]References<\/strong><\/p>\n
