Thrips brevisetosus
Biology and distribution
Beschrieben aus Kenya (T. brevisetosa), Zambia (A. cuthbertsoni) and Cameroon (T. breviceps).
Distribution: Recorded from Cameroon, Congo, Madagascar (Ulitzka unpublished), Uganda and Zambia.
Pest species on Amaranth; found on different weeds like Bidens pilosa, Leonotis nepetifolia, Senecio mannii or Tithonia diversifolia.
