Helionothrips annosus
Biology and distribution
Described from Taiwan. Recorded from China, Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces on Cinnamomum camphora (Mirab-balou et al. 2016: 145).
Distribution: Wide-spread in China, introduced into Malaysia and Sri Lanka (Ulitzka unpublished). Living and breeding on older leaves of different Cinnamomum-species (Lauraceae). Occasionally, this species is a pest on cinnamon trees.
