Biology and distribution

Described from Paraguay (O. hemipteroides), Panama (M. narcissus) and Trinidad (M. excilicornis). Also collected from Belize, Guiana, Surinam, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica (Mound & Marullo 1996) and French Guiana (Ulitzka unpublished).
