Thrips pini
Biology and distribution
Described from former Czechoslovakia (P. pini) and from Switzerland. Recorded from Japan, Canada and the United States.
Distribution: widespread in Europe. Living on different conifers like Abies, Larix, Picea or Pinus. In cases of massive infestations forest pest on coniferous trees.
