Biology and distribution

Described from Transvaal, South Africa from Helinus ovatus (Rhamnaceae). Further records from Botswana (Ulitzka unpublished), Madagascar and Glorioso Islands. Besides of Helinus C. helini has been reported from Gossypium (Malvaceae) and Croton (Euphorbiaceae).
