Biologie und Verbreitung

Beschrieben aus Österreich (T. aculeatus, H. funebris, A. minor), Deutschland (P. albipennis, T. frumentarius), Japan (P. japonicus, P. oryzae), Ungarn (H. crassicornis) und England (H. cephalotes).
Ubiquist, jedoch meist an grasartigen Pflanzen. Bei Massenauftreten Schädling an Getreide (“Roggenthrips”).
