Haplothrips statices statices
Biologie und Verbreitung
Beschrieben aus England an Armeria maritima.
Verbreitung: Weit verbreitet in Küstengebieten des westlichen und nördlichen Europas. Die Art lebt an Blüten und in Blattrosetten von Armeria maritima und Statice limonium (Plumbaginaceae).
Anmerkung: Die brachyptere Form wurde nie zusammen mit makropteren Individuen gefunden. Die Arten werden deshalb als zwei Unterarten betrachtet H. statices statices (Haliday, 1836) ist die makroptere Form und H. statices morisoni (Priesner, 1928) die brachyptere.
